AIGA Unidos presents Hispanic Heritage Talks 2020: Leo Aether

AIGA Unidos, a multi-chapter collaboration, creates a space to empower and celebrate the lives, work, stories, and needs of creatives with a Latinx and Hispanic cultural heritage. Our first event series, Hispanic Heritage Talks, will feature virtual talks with Latinx and Hispanic creatives of various backgrounds and disciplines, taking place all throughout Hispanic Heritage Month!

AIGA Orlando is pleased to partner with AIGA Unidos to bring you Colombian singer and songwriter, Leo Aether, on Saturday, September 26th, at 7PM EST. Leo Aether will be sharing some of his music and perspective regarding the urgency of the creative process during the pandemic crisis.

"The Andes, the backbone of the Americas, is the source of life and light for an entire continent – and this is the energy that flows through Leo Aether’s music.
Leo Aether fuses South American folk, trova, rock n’ roll and poetry. His musical journey began in the USA as the leader of Urbe Prima, a rock and psychedelia band. In recent years, Leo has toured through Central and South America as a solo artist under the stage name of Leo Aether.
Leo’s new album "El Sendero del Fuego" (The Path Of Fire) is an alternative rock record mixed and mastered by award-winning engineer and producer Bruce Hensal, with credits including The Eagles, Eric Clapton, Judas Priest, Stevie Wonder, Aerosmith and many others."
