January 2016 Community Meeting

Hello 2016. What will the new year hold for us individually and as a creative community?

This month our guest speaker is, Jennifer Hiatt, the Graphics Supervisor in Communications at City Hall. She's going to get us up to speed on the mayor's key priorities for Orlando, and how they're using digital strategies to create change within City Hall—to be less government and more conversational. Lets talk about how our community can be more involved in these things, have more impact, and use our awesome to make waves for our city. Lets get together to scheme and dream!

Everyone is invited to our monthly Community Meetings—AIGA members, non-members, designers, non-designers, and beyond. If you have a desire to see our community grow and flourish then we urge you to join us. Whether you're new to the area, new to AIGA, ready to get involved or just curious about what's going on in the Orlando creative community, this monthly meeting is a great place to get started.

WHAT: A meeting of the minds to discuss ideas and make plans for the growth and betterment of our local design community.
