2025 Poster Show Participation Fee

Thank you for being part of the AIGA Orlando 2025 Poster Show: A Feast for the Eyes. This private Eventbrite page is only for participating artists/designers to pay their submission fee and confirm their entry.


Participation Details:

  • Participation Fee: $10 per poster submission
  • Deadline: All participation fees must be paid by Friday, October 3
  • Final Design Files: Must be submitted by Friday, October 3, to be included in print production
  • Multiple Submissions: If you are submitting more than one poster, you must purchase the same number of tickets as submissions (e.g., 2 posters = 2 tickets)


What Your Participation Fee Covers:

  • Professional printing of your poster for display in the show
  • Handling & hanging of your piece for the gallery event
  • Your printed poster is yours to keep after the show
  • Admission for you + one guest to the event


Important Notes & Disclaimers:

  • This page is private and intended only for registered poster show participants.
  • Submission fees are non-refundable.
  • Participation is not guaranteed without both payment and timely submission of final design files.
  • Organizers reserve the right to reject incomplete, late, or non-compliant submissions.
  • All artwork must be original and created by the submitting artist/designer.
  • By submitting your work, you grant permission for it to be printed, displayed, and promoted as part of the event.

  2. Ensure your files are uploaded and fee is paid no later than Friday, October 3.
